EduNext AI Program – Certificate Eligibility Requirements
To receive the official EduNext AI Program Completion Certificate, participants must fulfill the following requirements across all three program components:
Part 1 – Digital Training
- Attend all eight (8) live training sessions.
- A maximum of two (2) absences is permitted.
- Complete and pass all training program quizzes no later than August 13.
- Submit the final group presentation no later than August 13.
Part 2 – EduNext AI Conference
- Attend the full day of the conference (from opening to closing), actively participating in sessions and activities.
Part 3 – EduNext Nile Hackathon
- Comply with all official Hackathon Rules & Guidelines.
- Attend the Hackathon Day in full.
- Submit the final Hackathon presentation by 3 September 2025.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Show respect to fellow participants, speakers, mentors, and organizers at all times.
- Communicate politely, providing constructive and considerate comments during discussions, chats, and Q&A.
- Maintain professional behavior throughout all program activities, both online and offline.
- Attend all required sessions — including the full duration of the conference and hackathon.
- Follow all official rules of the training, conference, and hackathon.
- Engage actively in group work and collaborative activities.
- Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Use ethical practices in all AI-related work, avoiding plagiarism or misuse of tools.
📌 Violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the program and ineligibility for the completion certificate.
📜 Note: Certificates will only be awarded to participants who complete all three parts of the program in full compliance with the above requirements.
