The program is provided free of charge through the personal investment and support of the Founder and President of EduNext AI, as part of a long-term mission to expand access to educational innovation and professional development opportunities worldwide.
⏰ Learning Commitment & Flexible Schedule
The EduNext AI Diploma 2026–2027 is a fully digital and 100% online learning experience intentionally designed around the professional and personal realities of educators.
All regular Diploma activities are scheduled during participants’ weekends, allowing participants to balance the Diploma with their teaching, academic, institutional, and family responsibilities.
Weekly Learning Commitment
Participants can expect approximately 4–5 hours of learning and engagement per week, structured as follows:
- 🎙️ 1 hour of live learning per week — delivered during the weekend and focused on interaction, discussion, mentoring, and collaborative learning.
- 🎥 1 hour of recorded learning per week — self-paced, allowing participants to access learning materials at a convenient time.
- 📝 2–3 hours of assignments and practical activities per week — including case analysis, projects, reflection, collaborative activities, and innovation-related tasks.

The Diploma is designed to be flexible, manageable, and sustainable for university academics, secondary-school teachers, and other education professionals.
We recognize that our participants have demanding professional and personal responsibilities. Therefore, the Diploma is structured to provide a meaningful international learning experience without requiring participants to step away from their work, families, or institutional commitments.

The Conference represents the CONNECT stage of the EduNext AI Impact Model.
Participants have the opportunity to:

Participants may work individually or collaboratively with the support of mentors and experts.
The objective is not simply to compete. It is to transform knowledge into innovation

Impact & Application
30 May – June 2027
Innovation does not end with the creation of a prototype.
Participants will refine their solutions, explore pathways for implementation, document outcomes, and consider how their innovations can generate educational value.
The focus moves from:

How can we apply it, learn from it, and create meaningful impact?
This stage completes the movement from knowledge to innovation and from innovation toward impact.

The Diploma journey culminates in graduation and recognition of participants who successfully complete the required components of the program.

The Diploma is intentionally designed around the academic, professional, cultural, and personal realities of educators.
The periods between learning phases are not interruptions to the program. They are intentionally protected periods designed to allow participants to manage peak academic and professional responsibilities, including:

Participants may receive recognition for successfully completing different components of the journey, including:

The final Diploma Completion Certificate is awarded to participants who successfully satisfy the required academic, participation, and innovation requirements.
Recognition Levels

EduNext AI may also issue digital badges and special recognition awards for outstanding achievement, innovation, leadership, collaboration, and community contribution.
Attendance and Participation Requirements
Participants are expected to:
- Attend all live sessions whenever possible.
- Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80%.
- Participate actively in discussions and learning activities.
- Engage meaningfully in group work and collaborative projects.
- Complete all required assessments and assignments.
- Meet all announced deadlines.
- Demonstrate continuous engagement throughout the program.
Failure to meet attendance requirements may affect certificate eligibility and continued participation.
Active Contribution Requirement
EduNext AI is a community-driven initiative rather than a passive learning experience.
Participants are expected to contribute actively through:
- Discussions and collaborative activities
- Peer learning and knowledge sharing
- Group projects and innovation activities
- Constructive feedback and reflection
- Community engagement initiatives
- Professional collaboration with fellow participants
Participants who demonstrate prolonged inactivity, repeated disengagement, lack of contribution, or failure to participate meaningfully in program activities may be removed from the program and become ineligible for certification.
Community Ambassador Commitment
Because the program is provided free of charge through personal investment, participants are expected to support the broader mission of expanding access to educational innovation.
Participants agree to:
- Share program opportunities with educators and colleagues.
- Recommend the program to qualified educators within their networks.
- Support community outreach initiatives when appropriate.
- Share testimonials, experiences, and reflections when requested.
- Serve as ambassadors for educational innovation, lifelong learning, and educational transformation.
This commitment is intended to expand access to learning opportunities and strengthen the global educational community.
Assessment and Progression Requirements
To progress between levels and maintain eligibility, participants must:
- Complete all required assessments.
- Achieve the minimum passing score announced for each level.
- Submit projects and assignments by the stated deadlines.
- Demonstrate satisfactory engagement and participation.
- Participate in collaborative activities when required.
Failure to meet academic or participation requirements may result in suspension, removal, or loss of certificate eligibility.
Conference Requirements
To receive the EduNext AI International Conference Certificate, participants must:
- Attend the conference from opening to closing sessions.
- Participate actively in conference activities.
- Complete any required evaluations, reflections, or feedback activities.
Hackathon Requirements
To receive the EduNext AI Nile Hackathon Certificate, participants must:
- Follow all Hackathon Rules and Guidelines.
- Attend required Hackathon activities.
- Participate actively within assigned teams.
- Submit all required deliverables before announced deadlines.
- Present final solutions as instructed by the organizing team.
Waitlist and Seat Management Policy
Program seats are limited.
EduNext AI reserves the right to withdraw enrollment from inactive participants and allocate available places to individuals on the waiting list.
Participants who fail to engage during the early stages of the program may lose their reserved seat.
Media, Communications, and Promotional Consent
By applying to and participating in the EduNext AI Diploma 2026, participants acknowledge and agree that EduNext AI may document, record, capture, and share aspects of program activities for educational, reporting, communication, promotional, and community-building purposes.
Participants grant EduNext AI permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display:

- Screenshots
- Video recordings
- Audio recordings
- Participant testimonials
- Written feedback
- Quotes and reflections
- Project presentations
- Award announcements
- Success stories
- Participant names
- Professional titles
- Institutional affiliations
- Country of residence
Such materials may be used through:

- Social media platforms
- Newsletters
- Annual reports
- Program reports
- Promotional campaigns
- Marketing and communication materials
- Future program recruitment activities
- Partner and stakeholder communications
Participants understand that such materials may be edited, adapted, formatted, translated, reproduced, and shared for educational, communication, reporting, and promotional purposes.
Participation in the program constitutes consent to such use.
Participants who do not wish to appear in publicly shared materials must notify EduNext AI administration in writing before the start of the program. However, EduNext AI cannot guarantee exclusion from group photographs, conference recordings, public events, or community-generated content.
Intellectual Property Statement
Participants retain ownership of their original ideas, projects, and intellectual contributions.
However, by participating in the EduNext AI Diploma 2026, participants grant EduNext AI a non-exclusive right to showcase project summaries, presentation materials, photographs, videos, project outcomes, and success stories for educational, reporting, communication, and promotional purposes.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Treat fellow participants, speakers, mentors, volunteers, and organizers with respect.
- Maintain professional behavior throughout all program activities.
- Communicate constructively and respectfully.
- Support diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Follow all published policies, instructions, and guidelines.
- Use Artificial Intelligence ethically and responsibly.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Avoid plagiarism, academic misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Contribute positively to the learning community.
Removal and Disqualification Policy
EduNext AI reserves the right to suspend, remove, or disqualify any participant whose behavior, conduct, engagement level, academic performance, communication style, or actions are inconsistent with the values, requirements, objectives, or policies of the program.
Such decisions may be made at the sole discretion of the program administration and may result in:
- Immediate removal from the program
- Removal from communication channels and communities
- Loss of access to program resources
- Revocation of certificate eligibility
- Exclusion from future EduNext AI opportunities
EduNext AI is under no obligation to provide continued participation, certification, or future opportunities to individuals who violate program policies or fail to meet participation standards.
Participant Agreement
By submitting this application, participants confirm that they:
- Understand all participation requirements.
- Commit to active engagement throughout the program.
- Will complete assessments and assignments responsibly.
- Will use AI ethically and professionally.
- Will contribute positively to the learning community.
- Agree to the media and promotional consent policy.
- Agree to the intellectual property policy.
- Accept all program rules, requirements, and administrative decisions.
Final Statement
EduNext AI Diploma 2026 is not designed for passive attendance.
It is designed for educators who are willing to learn, experiment, collaborate, innovate, create, and lead change.
The program seeks to build a global community of educators capable of transforming learning experiences, empowering future generations, and becoming builders of the next economy.
