My name is Noha Said, Ph.D. I am a marketing scholar, academic entrepreneur, grounded theorist, researcher, and founder of EduNext AI.
Every meaningful initiative begins with a question.
Mine was simple:
How can education create real value for society—not only knowledge, but lasting impact?
Throughout my academic career, that question shaped my research. I studied how educational institutions build trust, reputation, and long-term value. Over time, I reached a simple conclusion:
Strong institutions are not remembered for what they say. They are remembered for the value they create.
That belief eventually led me beyond traditional research and into academic entrepreneurship—not as a path to commercialization, but as a way to transform knowledge into innovation and innovation into societal impact.
Then one experience changed everything.
During my participation in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on Digital Education, I visited universities, innovation centers, and educational organizations across the United States. I saw institutions that were not simply using technology—they were redesigning learning itself.
Again and again, I found the same missing piece:
Instructional Design.
I realized that Artificial Intelligence alone would never transform education. AI becomes powerful only when combined with sound pedagogy, thoughtful learning design, and educators who know how to create meaningful learning experiences.
That realization became the foundation of EduNext AI.
What began as an initiative to support educators in our region quickly became something much larger. Within days of launching, educators from multiple countries joined the community. Their challenges were remarkably similar.
They were not looking for more AI tools.
They were looking for a framework that would help them rethink learning in the age of AI.
Our first cohort focused on AI-Powered Instructional Design, but it soon evolved into something much broader.
Participants learned.
They connected with international experts.
They collaborated across disciplines.
They designed innovative solutions.
And through our Innovation Hackathon, they transformed ideas into practical projects addressing authentic educational challenges.
Watching that transformation reinforced one of my deepest beliefs:
Educators are not simply knowledge transmitters. They are architects of the future.
When educators are empowered with the right mindset, the right tools, and the right community, they become innovators, problem-solvers, and builders of change.
Today, EduNext AI is growing beyond instructional design. We are building an international ecosystem that integrates Artificial Intelligence, Instructional Design, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Systems Thinking, and Educational Innovation to prepare educators and institutions for the next economy.
Because the future will not be built by technology alone.
It will be built by people who know how to think critically, solve meaningful problems, create value, and lead innovation responsibly.
That is the future we are building.
